Turning Pakistan’s abandoned mansions into residential schools for kids

I just saw this BBC documentary about Pakistan’s abandoned mansions. I am sure the humble uncles, aunties, and naana-naanis (grandpas and grandmas) living in those houses (alone :( ) won’t mind sharing these houses with curious, humble, and passionate chottay chottay students, who’ll be the future of our country.

I was really inspired by this Netflix documentary, called Daughters of Destiny, about a quality residential school, called Shanti Bhavan. The documentary is a must-watch, and I believe that such schools could really benefit a lot of areas.

Thus, when I saw Pakistan’s abandoned mansions, I thought that these could be homes for small residential schools to give safe and nurturing learning spaces to Pakistan’s children. I’m not in Pakistan at the moment so if you are passionate about education and would like to borrow the idea, please feel free.

Love, peace, and prayers as always :)
